| 摘 要： | "奥康姆剃刀",由中世纪经院哲学家奥康姆提出.它的基本命题是"如无必要,勿增实体",即可以用少数几个原理或原则来说明事物的时候,却用了许多的原理或原则,那就是浪费.张洪潭教授提出的12条"新原理"完全是"浪费",因为它们要么没有超越旧理论,要么是没有根据的臆造.我们必须用奥康姆的这把"剃刀"把它一一剃掉.寻找"新原理"的方法很严格,即必须采用演绎法或科学归纳法.张洪谭的12条"新原理" 没有一条是经过正确演绎或科学论证得来的,都是经验主义的产物,甚至是"拍脑门"的产物.

| Abstract: | The principle of "Occam Razor " was proposed by the philosopher of scholasticism in the middle ages.The foundational themes of it can be seen as "if it is not necessary,the substantiality will not be added",which also means if a certain phenomena can be explained by a few of principles or rules,actually it has been demonstrated by a great number of principles or rules,which can be regarded to be waste.Accordingly,the twelve pieces of principles or rules proposed by Professor Zhang Hongtan can be deemed as a kind of waste.The main reason is that the principles of Professor Zhang might be not surpass the pervious ones,or lack of powerful theoretical evidence.It is suggested to remove the quasi-principles based on the principle of "Occam Razor ".In order to search for the new principles,it is very essential to adopt the methods of deduction and scientific induction.Consequently,few of the principles or rules offered by Professor Zhang are generated from the above scientific methods,which might be seen as the production of the empiricism. |
