| 摘 要： | 将排队论的方法应用到图书馆电子文献服务系统，建立相应于电子文献服务系统的多服务窗损失制的M/M/n/n排队模型。按照模型，采集某高校图书馆文献服务系统中的实际数据，进行初步的参数计算和验证分析。

| Abstract: | Firstly,the mathematical model of multiple service window loss system(M/M/n/n) is realized and established based on the queuing theory used in the digital documents serving system of library.Secondly,the practical data in documents serving system from some a university library is collected,and initially carries on the parameter computation and the confirmation analysis according to the model. |
