| 摘 要： | 对劳动者就业实行"先培训,后就业;先培训,后上岗"的就业制度,进一步利用法律手段来维护职业培训事业规范化,这不仅反映了我国劳动者整体素质和职业技能水平的提高,而且最终决定实施职业教育和培训水平的高低。为此,职业教育是对劳动力技能的开发,也是劳动生产和再生产过程的一个重要环节。

| Abstract: | Employment workers should receive the employment system of "Being trained first, taking up an an occupation later."At the same time we should further make use of law to have the occupation training conform the standard.It reflects not only the improvement of workers' whole quality and leave of technical ability, but also it can measure the level of occupation education high or low in our country. Then occupation education develops the technical abity of labor force,it is an important link of production and reproduction as well. |
