| 摘 要： | 技击是太极拳主要功能,太极拳如果失去技击功能,就失去了根本。太极推手与太极拳有着相互促进的关系。太极推手的重要性同等于太极拳套路。在太极拳训练中,要按照从小到大、从易到难、从形到意、从训练到实践循序渐进的次序进行,应以基础训练为根本,不可急于求成。

| Abstract: | By a feasibility study on the integration of Tai-ji Quan and pushing hand in Tai-ji Quan,conclusion can be made that combat methods are the main conteat of Tai-ji Quan ,and that Tai-ji Quan and pushing hand in Tai-ji Quan are in the matural promotion relationship without combat as its conteat Tai-ji Quan will lose its basis .Pushing hand in Tai-ji Quan coordinates the routines .In the Tai-ji Quan training,an orderly way,from easy to difficult,form form to meaning,formtraining to practice,should be followed.And elementary training shouid be based upon,while the impatient attitude for success should be eradicated. |
