| 摘 要： | 要提高普通高校社科学报的办刊质量和水平，关键在于大力增强学报的整体编辑力。编辑力的增强可以通过检讨学报现行做法，完善和规范专家审稿制度、版面收费行规等来激活；还可以通过实施品牌建设，创新编辑模式，努力创建名刊或名栏、设立栏目主持人等来提升；也可以通过争取学校重视支持、充分发挥编辑主体性，破除高校学报的“马太效应”来检验。
