| 摘 要： | 专利战略已经逐渐成为跨国公司国际竞争的重要武器，然而我国企业的专利战略实践基本空白，目前的研究也多集中在法律角度的讨论。本文分析了关于企业专利行为一些基本问题如企业保护创新的措施、为什么申请专利及不申请专利等；总结了分析的方法和内容，指出不同国家特别是发达国家与发展中国家的企业专利行为比较研究、在我国跨国公司专利战略与处于技术劣势的国内企业国内专利战略和国际化专利战略是值得深入研究的领域。

| Abstract: | More MNCs are learning to exploit patents as potent competitive weapons.But the patent strategy practice of Chinese company is scarce.What's more,the research of IP and patent is often based on the perspective of law.This paper analysize some basic problem of foreign corporate patent strategy such as why patent and why not,etc.,concluding the methodology and the main contents of these analysis.Holding the point that the comparing research of company patent strategy of different countries is a deserving research area,especially,in China,the companies with weak technology and lack of knowledge on patent how to compete with the MNCs in homeland and foreign market,empirical and theory study need to be done. |
