| 上海市残疾人健身体育锻炼的现状调查与分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 运用分层抽样、数理统计、走访调查和文献资料法，对上海市残疾人健身体育锻炼现状进行调查分析。结果表明：上海市残疾人参与体育锻炼的人口比例略高于全国城乡的残疾人；女性残疾人参与体育锻炼的人口明显低于男性残疾人和女性健全人；中老年残疾人参与体育锻炼不及健全人踊跃；农业与非农业人口参与体育锻炼的差异性比健全人更为显著；肢体残疾人体育人口比例明显低于其他残疾类别的残疾人。指出了制约上海市残疾人参与体育锻炼的主要因素及建议。 |

| Abstract: | The methods of sampling,mathematical statistics,visiting investigations and literature were used to investigate and analyze the status quo of the Shanghai disabled participating in fitness exercise.The results show that the proportion of the Shanghai disabled taking part in fitness exercise is a bit higher than that of the disabled of the whole country,the population of the disabled females participating in the exercise is much less than that of the disabled males and normal females;the middle-and-old aged disabled people don't go in for the exercise as often as the normal people;the difference between the agricultural population and nonagricultural one in the participation of fitness exercise is more remarkable than that among normal people;the sports population of limb cripples is obviously less than that of the other sorts of the disabled.It pointed out the main factors of restricting the participation of fitness exercise and brought forward some suggestions. |
