| 摘 要： | 从伦理学上讲．人格是个人在社会中地位和作用的统一，是人的尊严、价值和品格的综合。道德人格是做人的核心。本文试图通过对道德人格的诠释，分析现阶段青年学生道德人格的特点、缺失及成因，探讨现阶段青年学生道德人格教育的目标、原则、内容、途径，具有紧迫性和现实性。
