| 摘 要： | 长期以来，以增强学生体质为主和以掌握体育知识、技术、技能为主一直是体育教学目标争论的热点．随着社会和经济的发展，引起了人们生活方式的深刻变化，这种变化对体育教育产生了巨大的推动作用，主要表现在人们对体育观念的重新认识上，低级的“生存需要”已远不能满足人们的精神要求，各种体育现象几乎都是由生物、心理、社会三方面因素而构成，形成了“三维体育观”。在“三维体育观”的影响下，高校体育教学系统已经向多功能、多目标的方向发展。

| Abstract: | For a long time, whether to focus on the enhancement of students＇ physigue or focus on the acquirement of P.E. knowledge and skills has been a hot issue of debate ,with the development of society and economy, there has been a profound change in people＇s life style, which has engendered great impetus in P.E. teaching. The impetus mainly embodies peoples renewed ackowledgement of P.E. concept. The lowel grade of survival need has lagged behind people＇s psychological need and almost every kind of P.E. phenomena consist of biological, psychotogical and social factors, which constitute ＂three-dimensional P.E. concept＂.Under the influence of ＂three-dimensional concept＂, P.E. teaching system in normal colleges and universities has teaded for the trend of multi-function and multi-target. |
