| 摘 要： | 四川民办高职的发展，对缓解我省教育资源紧张，解决学生就学问题和满足人民群众日益增长的教育需求，促进高职教育改革和发展发挥了重要作用。但是，我省民办高职还面临不少困境，办学质量与社会需求还有相当大的差距。因此，研究分析民办高职教育面临的机遇和挑战，探讨民办高职教育的发展对策，对于推进我省民办高职教育的发展具有很强的现实针对性。
