| 摘 要： | 研究生教育不仅是高等教育不可或缺的组成部分,也是提升高校整体水平,培养高端人才,建设高水平学科,支持国家全面发展的重要环节.而研究生的心理健康水平则直接影响和制约了研究生从事科学研究的兴趣和其自主创新能力的发挥.所以,高校必须加强研究生心理健康教育,加大心理健康知识在研究生中的普及力度,提高研究生自身的抗压能力,保证他们顺利完成学习和科研任务.经过多年实践探索,我校构建出了一整套适合研究生的心理健康教育有效俸系,该体系在研究生心理健康教育与服务中发挥着积极作用.
