| 摘 要： | 随着全民健身运动的普遍开展，我国民族传统体育迎来了前所未有的机遇。这也使民族传统体育的挖掘整理工作更具有现实意义和时代价值，新中国成立以来，我国民族传统体育的挖掘整理大致经历了四个阶段，由于受社会、历史等因素的影响。我们在取得了许多成绩的同时，也还存在着一定的问题，尤其近期体育发展的新动向，对民族传统体育的挖掘整理提出了更高的要求，这些都是值得我们去努力思考的问题。

| Abstract: | With the popular acceptation of health-improving exercises, there is the unprecedented challenge to our national and traditional physical education, which is of current and realistic significance and value to its discovery and arrangement. Since the founding of our new China, this kind of work has gone through the distinctive four stages. Due to social and historical influences, the achievements have been made, but some problems have existed. The new tendency of current sports intrigues the new demands for the discovery and arrangement of national and traditional physical education. These kinds of factors need our greater efforts to go on the work. |
