| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来，恶性价格竞争普遍存在，其造成的损失之大，引起社会和广大学者的关注。为治理恶性价格竞争，将恶性价格竞争的形成过程分为企业的产品价格在平均生产成本或经营成本之上的持续的价格竞争（即价格大战）阶段和企业的产品价格在平均生产成本或经营成本水平或以下的价格竞争阶段，利用动态博弈分析出治理恶性价格竞争的最根本治理点。
