| 摘 要： | 文化选择与文化定位一直是学校文化建设面临的现实困境,在社会转型加剧的背景下,学校文化路向的迷失与选择的困惑越来越显著。学校文化路向的叩问旨在展示当前学校文化建设面临的选择危机,应该重视文化传承和文化创造的自主性,确立主导性的文化追求与文化使命;学校文化的重建与选择应以中国优秀传统文化为根基,在与现代文化交流与融合的过程中建立属于我们自己的文化传统与价值体系;学校文化的发展应清楚地认识自觉与自然两个不同的发展阶段,力求将学校文化自然地融入学校教育。

| Abstract: | Cultural choice and cultural orientation has always been the confusions of the construction of school culture.With the background of social transformation aggravation,the problem of the loss of cultural direction and the confusion of choices for school culture is more and more obvious.The inquiry on cultural direction aims to display the choice crisis faced by the school for its construction of culture,therefore it is necessary to pay attention to the autonomy of Cultural heritage and Cultural creation,and to establish the leading cultural pursuit and cultural mission.The excellent traditional culture of China should be regarded as the root of school culture in the procession of reconstruction and direction choice so as to establish its own cultural tradition and value system in the period of culture exchange and fusion with modern culture.The development of school culture should take account of the differences between the consciousness and nature,and merge school culture naturally with its education. |
