| 摘 要： | 应用PE4000型心率遥测仪对20所不同类别的重点和非重点高校259次普通体育课生理负荷进行连续测试,发现高校普通体育课生理负荷强度分布的二大典型问题;从生理学和教学角度分析问题产生的原因;提出解决问题的方法.

| Abstract: | By means of PE4000 cardiac rate telemetry, the paper makes consecutive tests of sports physiological load to 259 ordinary PE classes at 20 universities of different styles. It finds that there are 2 main problems in the distribution of sports physiological load in ordinary PE classes. Reasons are explored from the aspects of physiology and teaching to try to solve the problem. |
