| 摘 要： | 本文是通过演练法在体操教学中的应用，以便研究和探讨更加合理的、科学的教学方法，并在教学中进行了实验和论证，认为演练法有利于优化教学，减少练习次数和缩短学习时间，有利于形成清晰的运动表象，建立正确的动作技术，提高教学质量，达到最佳的学习效果。

| Abstract: | y means of application of the manqeure method in gymnastic teaching the paper studied and discussed more rational and scientific teaching method. Through demonstration and experiment in the teaching process, the author suggested that this method is of advantageous to superior teaching decreasing exercise times and shortening learning time,and forming the clear sport manifestation and the correct skill,imprioving the teaching quqlity,achieving optimun teaching effectiveness. |
