| 摘 要： | 基于新型城镇化的人力资源开发具有极其重要的意义,不仅有利于提升新生代农民工的职业素养,而且有利于于提升他们的学历层次和人文素养。为促进基于新型城镇化新生代农民工的人力资源开发,应建立健全社会保障制度,以职业培训为突破点,增强权益保护意识,构建城市融入的社会资本体系,政府、学校、社区等加强合作。

| Abstract: | Human resources development in new urbanization is of great importance to new generation migrant workers,which not only improves their professional quality,but also promotes their educational level and humanistic quality.To accelerate the development of human resources,a sound and healthy social security system should be set up,concentrating on improving the vocational education and the awareness of protecting rights and interests,constructing the city＇s social capital system integration and enhancing the collaboration of the government,schools and communities,etc. |
