| Abstract: | As a high-efficiency organization of cooperation, Technical Innovation Alliance emphasizes the seamless connection of the co-operation among government, industry, university and researchers. It is an effective normal formula to strengthen the development of enterprise and foster innovative talents of technology. The enterprise should build effective alliance with relevant institutions, take the advantages such as resource sharing, information exchanging and ideas bouncing to foster innovative talents, expand the ecological position for the innovative talents and the enterprises, in order to realize a win-win result. |
