| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查、文献资料查阅和走访相关专家等方法，对湖南省普通高校体育专业学生现有的课外体育活动内容及其组织形式进行调查，分析了普通高校体育专业课外体育活动的内容及其组织形式对体育专业学生整体素质提高的影响，就实施体育专业课外体育活动的创新，丰富课外体育活动的内容与形式，怎样促进体育专业学生综合素质的提高等方面进行了研究，提出了体育专业课外体育活动的实施方案，为构建体育专业学生课外体育活动模式提供理论参考。
