| 摘 要： | 自2004年《电子签名法》实施以来,网上交易有了很大的发展,但电子签名的应用依然存在诸多障碍。文章着重分析了影响电子签名的各种障碍,认为应改进技术、完善配套法律及加强信用体系建设以推广电子签名的使用,保障网上交易的安全。

| Abstract: | Since "Electronic Signature Law" was implemented in 2004,the on-line transaction developed rapidly.However,the application of electronic signature still has many barriers.This article emphatically analyzed each kind of barrier which influences electronic signature.Improving the technology,issuing necessary law and strengthening the credit system may be the solutions to promoting the use of electronic signature and safeguard the security of on-line transaction. |
