关联——顺应模式下对教师委婉语的语用分析

摘    要:随着社会文明程度的提高,委婉语的数量和运用频率都呈现出明显的增长趋势.笔者通过“关联——顺应”模式对英语教师话语中的委婉语进行了语用分析,以期能够对委婉表达的产生和理解进行具体的阐释,促进其在教育教学活动中的运用.

Abstract:With the rapid improvement of social civilization, there has been a gradual rise both in the quantity of euphemism and in the frequency of its application. In this paper, the writer attempts to conduct a pragmatic analysis of euphemisms in teacher talk via the relevance-adaptation mode, in the hope of making an explicit illumination for the production and interpretation of euphemistic expressions, and in order to promote the application of them in educational activities.
