| 摘 要： | 为了适应我国对涉外法律人才的需求,本科院校法学专业先后开设了《国际商法》课程。《国际商法》课程实施双语教学,既是课程教学目的和教学要求的需要,也是时代发展对涉外法律人才的需要。为了满足上述两种需要,国际商法双语教学就应有明确的实施思路,使学生通过该课程的学习掌握语言技能,并熟练地运用语言从事专业工作。

| Abstract: | Since China's entry of WTO,the number of legal actions concerning foreign affairs are becoming more and more,which makes the demand of legal talent concerning foreign affairs becoming more and more urgent.This paper puts some suggestions on how to launch the bilingual teaching of international business law in university and elaborates on the necessity and implementation of ideas of the bilingual teaching of international business law. |
