| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪后，高校党的理论建设和组织建设应以“三个代表”的重要思想为指导，坚持和巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位，坚持理论创新，按照先进文化的前进方向进行文化建设，为中华民族的复兴提供精神动力；始终坚持党要管党、从严治党的方针，大力加强领导班子和干部队伍建设，为高校的改革发展提供组织保证和人才支持。

| Abstract: | After entering the 21st century, the construction of the CPC's theory and organization should be guided by the essence of the "Three Representatives", and should persist in and consolidate the guiding position of Marxist ideology. The construction should maintain theoretical renovation and it itself is supposed to be a cultural construction towards the advanced cultural direction. In that case the construction will be able to provide China with spiritual power for the Chinese national rejuvenation. The construction should also maintain the policy of managing and disciplining the CPC, enforce construction of its team of cadres so that it can ensure organizational guarantee and personnel support to the reform and development in higher-learning institutions. |
