| 摘 要： | 电能是工业生产的血液,电能作为主要的基础能源与国民经济发展密切相关。电力增长与经济增长显现出较强相关性,电力的需求弹性系数长期被人关注,电力供需及产业发展形势已成为国民经济发展的晴雨表。分析电力市场的失衡内在原因就显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | Electric power, which is the blood of industrial production as well as a major basic resource, is closely bound up with the development of national economy. There is a strong relativity between the electric power increase and the economic growth in that the elasticity coefficient of electric power demand has long been attended as well as the demand and supply of electric power and its industrial development has become a barometer of national economic development. As thus, it is of vital importance to analyze the inner causes for the imbalance in the electric power market. |
