| 摘 要： | 企业化是一个企业的价值观念、管理制度、行为规范和化活动的总和。企业化对企业生存与发展具有重要作用。企业化与企业核心竞争力、企业的可持续发展密不可分，应当从重视企业领导对企业化建设的主导作用、建立“以人为本”的价值观、增强企业凝聚力、注重确立和实施公关化战略、完善质量管理体系、更新管理观念等方面塑造企业化。

| Abstract: | Enterprise culture is the integration of an enterprise's value notion, management system and culture activity. It is important to existence and development for an enterprise. It is also highly relevant to an enterprise's nuclear competitive ability and containable development, We should lick into shape the enterprise culture, so we must attach importance to the guiding function of the leaders to the conslruclion of enterprise culture, set up the notion that people is the fundament of the enterprise culture, set up the notion that people is the fundament of the enterprise, strengthen the enterprise's coagulation capacity, pay attention to create and apply public relation strategy, consummate quality management system, update manage ment notion and so on. |
