摘    要:食品学科是一个实践性很强的应用型学科,实用创新人才培养是食品行业发展的核心.行业组织作为企业切身利益的代表者.在发挥学校与企业的桥梁与纽带作用方面具有天然的优势.江南大学食品学院在定位于培养行业实用创新人才的基础上,对充分发挥和利用行业组织的资源参与食品学科人才培养进行了有益的探索,初步构建了行业组织参与高校人才培养的稳定机制,取得了良好的人才培养效果.

Abstract:Food Science and technology is a practical discipline which aims on training innovative technical talents.lndustry associations, representative of the interests of related companies,have advantages in connect universities and companies.School of Food Science and Technology of Jiangnan University aiming on training of practical and innovative talents has done some works on how to organize industry associations participating in students training,and has successfully building a system through which associations can efficiently helping talents training works.
