| 摘 要： | 我国学术期刊界当前不仅面临数字化转型,也需寻找实施体制改革的具体途径。实践探索表明,在数字化转型的同时,实施自下而上的制度创新,有助于推动顶层政策创新。底层制度创新和政府制度设计相结合是优化我国期刊体制改革的合理路径。

| Abstract: | Academic journals in China is confronted with opportunity of digitization trend and is looking for new approaches to implement the institutional reform. The practice shows that bottom-up institutional innovation within the digital transition of academic journals can promote the top-level policy reform. The underlying system innovation combined with the institution design of government are considered as rational path to optimize the reform of journals. |
