| Abstract: | This paper makes a series of ability quotas evaluated for scientists and technicians in management, re-search, economic, teaching and technology according to the repeated investigation materials about more than20 enterprises. The paper also surveys and determines scientists and technicians periodically with stereoscopicmethod. By means of fuzzy mathematics and microcomputer processing, it can be realized to computerize thejudgement,the examination and the management of the files on scientists and technicians. |
