| 摘 要： | 死刑是最严厉的一种刑罚 ,必须严格加以限制。就死刑的司法限制而言 ,主要依靠审前阶段、审判阶段以及死刑复核阶段。通过这几个阶段 ,可以将死刑的适用限制在最小的范围之内。
