| 摘 要： | 文章运用向量自回归模型实证分析了政府公共投资的经济效应。结果表明:从长期来看,政府公共投资与经济增长正相关,从短期来看,政府公共投资对经济增长的促进作用存在滞后现象;并在考虑税收的情况下,建立一个简单的凹函数模型估计出最优的政府公共投资规模,最后提出相应的政策建议。
