| 摘 要： | “社会和谐”是科学社会主义的题中应有之义，“社会和谐”的理念和目标，是科学社会主义的本质规定，是社会文明发展的更高境界和奋斗目标。把社会和谐明确为中国特色社会主义的本质属性，深化了对社会主义本质的认识，开辟了中国特色社会主义的新境界；解决了中国向何处去的重大问题；是对中国特色社会主义事业总体布局认识的深化和拓展，是对社会主义建设规律认识的新飞跃；反映了我们党坚持立党为公、执政为民的本质要求，体现了社会主义国家的巨大政治优势。

| Abstract: | Social harmony is the essential attribute of scientific socialism. The concepts and the goal of social harmony is the basic nature of sciemific socialism, the higher level and target of social development of civilization. Taking social harmony as the essential attribute of socialism with Chinese charaeterisfies deepened the understanding of the socialism nature, opened a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and made clear of the direction of Chinese development. Social harmony is the intensification and expedition of the overall arrangement of Chinese socialism, the new leap of knowledge for the law of social construction. It reflects the natural needs of the party-- folmding for the public and governing for the people. The pohtical advantages of social countries can he seen. |
