| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国成人高等教育迅速发展，其发展道路总体上来说以粗放式为主，即主要是靠增加新学校、增加办学要素来发展，其办学效益逐步下降，已有大批成人学校关闭。随着改革的深入，成人高等教育必须逐步转变到以集约式发展为主的道路上来，即提高现有学校的内部效率，促进各学校之间调整组合，资源共享，以提高办学效益，实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The higher education for adults in our country prospered after the Re form and Open Policy was adopted.However,its development is characterized mainly by setting up more schools and increasing teaching facilities.Many schools for adults have closed down due to their poor schooling benefits.Naturally,the mode of higher education for adults should be transferred from extensive management t o intensive management in the way of combining concerned schools to share resour ces and bettering schooling benefits to keep sustainable development. |
