| 摘 要： | 本文论述了企业成长与人力资源管理的一般关系，提出了企业集团成长的三阶段论，并利用组织生命周期理论研究了企业集团不同发展阶段人力资源管理的特点，探讨了人力资源管理对企业集团获取竞争优势、保持可持续发展的重要作用。
