| 摘 要： | 由于对循环经济的定位不恰当,致使循环经济的发展难以取得预期的目标,一些原本是着眼于解决资源环境问题的措施却进一步加剧了资源环境矛盾。其根源就在于我们把发展循环经济当作了发展商品经济的路径和方法。事实上,循环经济有着完全不同于商品经济的经济伦理、制度体系和运行机制,更为根本的是循环经济的认识论基础不同于商品经济。如果不在深刻认识循环经济的认识论基础上重构社会基本价值观,循环经济的发展将必然走入误区。
