摘    要:中美两国青少年人格教育在理论基础、模式、内容、目标比较和实施方法上存在着很大的差异性,从比较的视角研究当代中美两国青少年人格教育的特点,可以更好地发挥自身优势,借鉴美国人格教育的成功经验,推动我国青少年人格教育的发展。

Abstract:There exists a big difference of the comparison of theoretical bases, patterns, contents and objects in teenager personality-education between China and US. Studying the characteristics of teenager personality-education between China and US in the cotemporary times from the vision of comparison it is better to bring into play the self-superiority and to promote the development of teenager personality-education in China by using the successful personality-education experience of US.
