| 摘 要： | 在广泛调研基础上，结合对近几年来网络条件下用户教育发展的回顾，剖析了用户教育面临的问题、挑战和机遇。从中引出：用户教育是信息素养教育的重要组成部分；图书馆是信息素养培育的重要基地；应以信息素养教育的目标、内容为基础规划设计用户教育。

| Abstract: | Based on broad investigation and combined with the reviews of user education in recent yeras,the problems.Challenges and opportunities of user education were analyzed.Conclusions were drawn as the following:1.user education is an important component of the information literacy education,2.library is the significant base of cultivating information literacy,3.the objective and content of information literacy education should be a foundation for planning of user education. |
