| 摘 要： | 融媒体背景下高职院校思想政治隐性教育的价值主要体现在能够与显性思想政治教育相互配合、相互补充、相互促进,能够与时代的发展、学生的情况相契合,能够有利于打造全员、全方位、全过程立体式的育人模式三个方面。融媒体背景下提高思想政治隐性教育效果需做好四方面工作:树立利用融媒体进行思政隐性教育的意识与行动;建立健全相关的组织机构和平台;提高高职生的媒介素养;打造一支优秀的思想政治隐性教育教师队伍。

| Abstract: | Under the background of media integration, the value of ideological and political recessive education in higher vocational colleges is mainly reflected in three aspects: The value of the implicit education of ideological politics in higher vocational colleges under the background of media integration is mainly reflected in three aspects: it can cooperate with, complement and promote explicit ideological and political education, it can be in line with the development of the times and the situation of students, and it can be conducive to the creation of all personnel, all-round, the entire process of education. Therefore, in order to improve the effect of ideological and political implicit education, higher vocational colleges can adopt the following strategies: changing the idea and establishing the awareness of using media integration to carry out the recessive education;establishing and improving relevant organizations and platforms;improving the media literacy of higher vocational school students;building an excellent teaching team of ideological and political recessive education. |
