| 摘 要： | 本文依据国家标准GB/T18972-2003《旅游资源分类、调查与评价》对西沙群岛进行旅游资源调查、分类与评价。研究结果表明,西沙群岛旅游资源拥有8个主类,26个亚类及79个基本类型,分别占全国的100%、83.87%和50.97%;西沙群岛354个旅游资源单体中,特品级旅游资源单体有2个,占总数的0.56%,优良级旅游资源单体41个,占11.58%,普通级旅游资源单体101个,占28.53%,未获等级旅游资源单体212个,占59.89%。西沙群岛旅游资源基本特征为：数量大,类型丰,高等级资源少。西沙群岛旅游资源区可分为宣德群岛旅游资源区和永乐群岛旅游资源区两个基本对等的区域。西沙群岛旅游资源优势表现在资源类型丰富、特色鲜明、环境优良;其劣势表现在高端旅游资源数量少、交通不便、环境容量小、 地缘关系复杂。西沙群岛是中国热带海洋和海岛旅游资源最典型的分布区域,具有重要发展意义。 |

| Abstract: | The Xisha Islands belong to the jurisdiction of Sansha,Hainan,China,in the South China Sea. The area includes the Xuande Islands and Yongle Islands. It is a national unique charm and marine scenic spot. The policy document ‘Several Opinions of the State Council on Promoting the Construction and Development of the Hainan International Tourism Island’ officially and explicitly calls for the development of sightseeing of these non-residential islands. Given it is a national strategy to develop tourism for the Xisha Islands,using the national standard GB/T18972-2003 Classification,Investigation and Evaluation of Tourist Resources,tourism resources in Xisha Islands can be categorized into eight main classes,26 subclasses and 79 fundamental types,accounting for 100% of classes,87.10% of subclasses and 52.26% of types in China, respectively. Evaluation of each one of the islands’ 354 tourism resources show that two of them are 5A,41 are premier,101 are common and the remaining 212 failed grading,accounting for 0.56%,11.58%,28.53% and 59.89% of total sites,respectively. Resources in the islands are numerous,rich in types and few in high class. The resources are distributed equally between the Xuande and Yongle Islands. Generally speaking,tourism resources in the Xisha Islands boast rich types,distinct features and favorable environments but fail to include more high class resources,better transportation,larger environmental capacity and simpler geopolitical relations. The Xisha Islands are nationally the most typical distribution of tropical marine and island tourism resources with developmental significance. |
