| 摘 要： | 本文中为了帮助培养和进一步提高小学数学教师队伍素质,主要对新疆小学数学中青年骨干教师自治区级首次集中培训者的情况进行了初步的调查研究,并提出了自己的意见和建议,该调查研究将会为今后的教师培训,以及相关科研提供较好的理论依据。

| Abstract: | To contribute to the cultivation and enhancement of the quality of primary school mathematics teachers, this article makes a preliminary investigation and study in the first regional--level training conditions of the young and middle--aged core mathematics teachers of primary schools in Xinjiang and presents the author＇s views and proposals. This investigation and study will provide a better theoretical foundation for teacher training in future and related scientific research. |
