| 摘 要： | 通过对尿液分析仪所测指标中的主要指标进行分析，对其使用价值和局限性进行研究，发现其指标对于负荷强度、有氧耐力训练水平的评价有较高价值，但在评价疲劳恢复方面效果不佳。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the main index tested by urinalysis instrument,and researed the instrument's use and limitations,the writer finds out the index has a higher value in evaluation the load intensity and oxidizing endurance training level,but not better in evaluating the recovery from weary. |
