应用型工科院校科技大赛驱动机制下的学生动手实践能力培养模式研究

摘    要:当前我国高校大学生动手能力差、实践能力不强越来越普遍,成为制约毕业生就业数量、就业质量的主要因素,更成为全社会对高校人才培养的关注重点,而随着时代进步以及社会发展,急需要改变高校教学思维,由单纯理论教学、重理论轻实践的传统模式转变为实践与理论并重、知识向实践转化、技能与知识互补的新型教育特征,培养达到国家标准的综合性人才,因此,“如何加强高等学校实践教学建设,提升大学生实践动手能力”成为高校人才培养质量的第一要务.本文针对我国当前应用型工科院校人才培养模式中的缺陷,结合山东交通学院学生自身特色,分析了学生动手实践能力培养中普遍存在的方法、途径等方面的弊端,探索了学生科技大赛对自身动手实践能力的提升效果及其带来的实践激励作用,提出了科技大赛驱动机制下的学生动手实践能力培养的新模式.

Abstract:It becomes a popular phenomenon that college students in China have poor and low practical ability, which becomes the main factor that prohibits the quantity and quality of graduates'jobs. This is a focus on talents of the whole society. With the development of society and times it is urgent to change university teaching think- ing ways from theoretical teaching to practice training. In this way construction of university training to improve teaching practice, focusing on the practical ability of college students, becomes an important issue. In this paper in order to solve this problem we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of students" practical ability training methods based on the true situation in Shandong Jiaotong University. Also we discover the incentives on college students brought by improvements on practical ability given by taking part in the technology competition. In the end students practical ability training mode driven by technology is proposed in this paper.
