| 摘 要： | 竞技健美操与竞技艺术体操同属于技能主导类表现难美性项群的运动项目，两运动项目的评分因素主要包括三个方面：艺术分、难度分和完成分。其艺术分的高低主要体现在成套动作的编排方面。因此，科学、合理、独一无二的成套动作编排是每个教练员及运动员目标。通过对两运动项目的成套动作编排内容及要求进行比较分析，以找出两者成套动作编排的特点及相似的方面，为竞技健美操及艺术体操的成套动作编排提供可借鉴的依据。

| Abstract: | Sports aerobics and rhythmic gymnastics are of the skill - movement items which behave the difficulty and elegancy, and the judgments grade the routine by art, difficulty and accomplish. The determinant of the art - grade is the arrangement of the whole routine. So, the whole routine arrangement which is scientific, reasonable and unique, is the target of every coach and athlete. In order to offer the reference for the whole movement arrangement of sports aerobics and rhythmic gymnastics, and find out the homology and the dissimilarity, this paper compares and analyzes the whole movement arrangement between the two movement items. |
