| 摘 要： | 为了解老龄人抗生素使用情况，加强抗生素使用管理，本文对2009年1～12月年龄在65岁以上的125位老龄门诊患者进行抗生素使用调查分析。调查发现，老龄患者因缺乏抗生素相关知识，自行购药或经验购药行为较多，极易出现联合用药和不良反应。因此，合理使用抗生素尤为重要，需要医疗监督管理部门、医疗机构、医师和患者共同努力。

| Abstract: | To study the use of antibiotics among senior outpatients over 65 years old and strengthen the management of antibiotic use, 125 patients were survey about the use of antibiotics from Jan to Dec in 2009. The survey found that the senile patients lack the relevant knowledge of antibiotics and buy medicines on their experience, the combined drug treatment and adverse reactions are probably present. To use antibiotics appropriately is very important, need the joint effort of medical supervision and management, medical instructions, doctors and patients. |
