| 摘 要： | 陕西黄河湿地保护区的洽川湿地近年来在湿地旅游方面发展较为迅速，产生了较高的经济和社会效益，但同时也出现了湿地开发与生态保护方面的矛盾与现实问题。洽川湿地开发在保护生物多样性、提供丰富水资源等方面所带来的生态效益、经济效益、社会效益都会对旅游业发展产生强大助推力。湿地旅游业发展在影响当地的生产布局、强化居民的生态保护意识、推动当地政府改善景区生态环境建设等方面对湿地生态产生了积极作用，但也存在湿地开发管理不合理带来的生态环境隐患等消极影响，对此应通过制定科学规划，加强基础设施建设，采取适度开发策略，鼓励居民参与等措施，以实现洽川湿地生态保护和地方旅游业规划管理共同推进。

| Abstract: | Hechuan Wetland as the part of Shaanxi Yellow River wetland Reserve at the development of wetland tourism in re-cent years is very fast and has the high economic and social benefits, while there are the contradictions and problems between the protection of wetland development and ecological aspects.This paper analyzes the economical, social and ecological benefits of He-chuan Wetland in protecting the biological diversity, providing abundant water resources and promoting the local tourism.It puts for-ward the positive effect of the tourism industry on the local wetland effects by production layout, strengthening ecological protection consciousness of residents, promoting local government to improve the ecological environment, and it points out the negative effects through the development of wetland ecological environment as a result of improper management.The paper advances we could a-chieve to promote the ecological protection of Hechuan wetlands and the local tourism planning and management, through the devel-opment of scientific planning, strengthening infrastructure construction, taking the appropriate development strategy, encouraging the participation of residents and other measures. |
