| Abstract: | The borrowing words in English and Chinese vocabularies is introduced in this paper, and discusses the effects of borrowing words. English vocabulary borrows chiefly from Chinese traditional words through transliteration and borrowing translation; while Chinese vocabulary borrows mainly the words reflecting new things and new inventions |
