图书馆信息服务与读者服务之我见

摘    要:信息和读者都是现代图书馆运行必不可少的构成要素,信息服务体现了“以书为本”的思想,读者服务体现了“以人为本”的要求,现代图书馆要在“以人为本”的思想指导下统筹兼顾。高校图书馆应该兼顾读者服务和信息服务。一是要加强图书馆自身建设;二是要加强与有关部门团结协作;三是要建立健全注重读者评价的质量管理制度。

Abstract:What about the relationship between information service and reader service ?The author thinks that information and readers are essential elements to the operation of the modern library .Information service especially focuses on books .Reader service reflects the “people-o-riented” requirements .The modern library should take into consideration both needs of the Information and readers under the guidance of the“people-oriented” .The author puts forward the information service for readers of university library taking into account several suggestions .(1) To strengthen the construction of the library itself .(2) To strengthen solidarity and collaboration with relevant departments .(3) Pay attention to readers'evaluation to establish and improve the quality management system .
