| 摘 要： | 邓小平科技生产力思想的核心命题是“科学技术是生产力”与“科学技术是第一生产力”。在现代社会中，经济增长主要取决于科学技术的投入。掌握一定科学技术的劳动者能够极大地提高劳动生产率。现代科学技术的发展，使科学与生产的关系越来越密切。科学技术是推动生产发展的动力。科学技术是现代社会生产发展和经济增长的最主要的力量或第一推动力，因此是第一生产力。

| Abstract: | The crux of Deng Xiaoping's idea of producitivity of science and technology are Science and Technology are the Producivity and Science and Technolgy are the Proto-Proto-producitcity.In modem society, the increase of the economic mainly depends on the involvement of the science and technology. The labour who has some idea of sicince and technology can vastly raise labouring productivity.The development of the modem science and technology makes the relationship between science and production more and more close. Science and technology are the dynamics whichgive impetus to the development of the production.Meanwhile they are also the most essential strength or the proto-impulse of the development of the production and the increase of economic in modem times. In a word, science and technology are the proto-productivity. |
