成人弱势群体教育救助的内涵及其机制

摘    要:成人弱势群体教育救助是运用教育、培训的方法对想通过学习改变自己弱势地位的成人群体进行救助,帮助他们获得相应的素质与能力,转变自己生活境遇的救助途径。与适龄人群教育救助相比,成人弱势群体教育救助的原则、目标与方式都存在显著的差异。为了达到成人弱势群体教育救助的目的,可采取把成人弱势群体教育救助与劳动技能提升、社会人力资源需求以及成人继续教育改革相结合的救助机制。

Abstract:Providing educational aid to adult disadvantaged groups is a route that provides educational aid to those who want to transform their disadvantaged status by learning.This route helps adult disadvantaged groups to get the quality and ability which can transform their situation by education and training.The principle,goal and mode of providing educational aid to adult disadvantaged groups is different obviously,from providing educational aid to school-age disadvantaged groups.In order to reach the goal,we should connect the aid with the labor technique promotion,set up the mechanism to involve the demand of human resources of society and adult education innovation.
