| Abstract: | The article elaborates the importance and essential sense which society assures the relative dependence of academic research,on both sides of learned man's dependent character be moulded and learned society's dependent legal person qualification's safeguarded.Point out it is the essential requirement of life academic research could be continued and developed that academic dependence character and morals were safeguarded. |
