| 摘 要： | 中唐名将郭子仅是我国封建社会少见的福、禄、寿、子等兼备的一个典型。他首先是一名军事将领，由军功而逐渐成为唐朝廷中举足轻重的人物，所以出色的军事领导才能是他之所以能成为这个典型的根本原因，但他那非常讲究技巧性的为官之道也是不可或缺的重要因素。本具体分析了他的军事领导才能和为官技巧，并对它们的特点进行了归纳。

| Abstract: | The famous general Guo Zi-yi in mid-Tang Dynasty is a person with fortune, wealth, a long life and many descendants. He was a military officer and held an important role in the imperial government because of his brilliant military merit. Besides his talent in military affairs, his success was also due to his technique of being a good official. This paper analyzes his talent in military affairs and the technique of being a good official in detail and then it sums up the features. |
